Army inflicts heavy losses on coalition’s mercenary groups over 24 hours

SANAA, April 16 (YPA) – The Yemeni army caused heavy casualties on mercenaries backed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition in different fronts over the past 24 hours, the Military Media official told on Tuesday.

In border Najran province, drone of the army waged air attacks on groups of Saudi army in Morash site, causing heavy losses.

A number of the militias backed by the coalition were killed and wounded also in the army’s an artillery and missile attack on sites of Ragabat al-Mashquq and al-Buqa desert in Najran.

In Asir province, a coalition’s military car was destroyed and its crew members were killed in Alb crossing.

The army also foiled an attack of the mercenaries towards al-Rabuah area, killing and wounding several of the mercenaries in Asir.

In Jizan governorate, the army launched an artillery offensive against sites of Saudi soldiers’ gatherings in al-Samnah and Qais, inflicting heavy casualties.

In Taiz province, the army attacked sites of the mercenaries in al-Dhabab area, resulting in deaths and injuries in ranks of the mercenary groups.

A Zilzal I missile fired by the army on military groups of the mercenaries in al-Wazaih area of Taiz.

In Jawf province, two mercenaries’ military cars were bombed in Khab Washaf district and their crew were killed by the army.

In Hajjah province, the army repelled an offensives carried out by the mercenaries, killing 12 mercenaries and wounding 30 others, as well destroying three military vehicles in Haradh area.
