Army shoots dead 4 Saudi soldiers in border fronts

SANAA, March. 28 (YPA) – A military official said in Thursday that the sniper units of the Yemeni army has killed 24 militias backed by Saudi-led coalition, including four Saudi soldiers in the border fronts over the past days.

The official added that the militias and soldiers were targeted in border provinces of Jizan, Asir and Najran.

March10, the Yemeni army spokesman Yahiya Sarie said the sniper unit carried out more than 22 thousand of operations against the coalition forces and its militias in the fronts, affirming that military media documented hundreds of the sniper operations over the four years.

Since March 26, 2015, the Saudi-led coalition have intervened in Yemen’s sovereignty and internal affairs, and waged a military operating against the Yemeni army and people in flagrant violations of the international conventions.
