HODEIDAH, Feb. 28 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Thursday repelled an attack carried out by militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
According to the official, dozens of the militants were killed and others were injured during their attempt to advance towards the eastern part of Hays district in the western coast.
The coalition-backed militants shelled several areas in Shajan and Ka’oi villages, the official said.
Meanwhile, Saudi-led coalition’s espionage aircrafts intensified its flights over the sky of Durihamy district.
