Update: Yemeni army carries out second attack on coalition’s sites in Jawf

JAW, Feb. 27 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Wednesday launched  a second attack on military positions of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Jawf province, northern Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, dozens of the militants were killed and others were wounded in the battle, which took place in Matoon district.

Earlier in the day, the army forces carried out attacks on the militants’ military positions in Sabreen area of Khub Washaef district, killing and injuring several of them.
