Parliamentary committee discusses draft expenditure plan for first half of 2019

SANAA, Feb. 23 (YPA) – The Parliamentary Committee charged with studying the draft expenditure plan for the general budget for the first half (January-June, 2019) on Saturday held a meeting in Sanaa under chairmanship of Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Abdulsalam Zabia.

At the meeting, the Committee reviewed the observations submitted by the sub-committees on the responses of the government side, indicating to the paucity of data and clarifications provided by the government, whether at the draft plan level or the replies contained therein.

The Committee decided to hold a joint meeting with the government side to listen to the government responses to the inquiries of its sub-committees.
