Security arrests accused of throwing bomb in travelling station in Sanaa

SANAA, Feb. 10 (YPA) – Al-Thawra police station in capital Sanaa arrested an accused of throwing a Russian-made bomb into the tent yard of Taiz in Bab al-Yemen, damaging 12 cars, without causing any injuries.

The security information center quoted the security of Safia district that “the accused was seized with a piece of automatic weapon 60 shots and 7 grenades, and was seized with the car saloon that was traveling when the crime was committed.”

According to Safia district security the accused, 35 years old, was a representative of the tent yard, and carried out this criminal act as a reaction to replace him with another one.”
