Zionist enemy forces Palestinian to demolish his houseو shop in Jerusalem
SANAA, Feb. 9 (YPA) -The municipality of the Zionist enemy forced on Saturday a Palestinian to demolish his house and commercial premises in the village of Jabal al-Mukaber, southeast of occupied Jerusalem, under the pretext of building without a permit.
According to Palestinian Press Agency “Safa”, Ahmed Mahmoud Obeidat said that the municipality of the enemy handed him a decision to demolish his home and commercial establishment in Jabal Mukaber, and that in the event of failure to implement the decision will be forced to pay 20 thousand shekels for the demolition crews and accompanying forces.
He explained that he was forced to implement the demolition order, to avoid paying the demolition fee and fines for the municipality, pointing out that the area of his house is 40 square meters, and the outer living room built of “Zinko”.
Obeidat pointed out that the commercial establishment has an area of 30 square meters, and used the tools of manual demolition to carry out the demolition, noting that his house and its building two buildings since 2003.
Obeidat, his wife and four children were living in the house, and now they are homeless after the demolition.
