Economic Committee of Shura Council holds meeting in Sanaa

SANAA, Jan. 15 (YPA) – The Economic Committee of Shura Council held a meeting on Tuesday under the chairmanship of the Acting President of the Council Mohammed Hussein Al-Aidarous.

The meeting discussed the visions and tasks of the committee’s work plan for the current year 2019.

During the meeting, the functions and work of the Economic Committee were inaugurated by reviewing the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with the Council Regulation No. (39) for the year 2002.

The Economic Committee continued its procedural meeting, electing Amin Atef as chairman of the committee, Ahmad al-Harbi as deputy chairman of the committee and Mohamed Mutahar as its director.

The Presidency of the Council will continue its meetings with the committees of the Council to discuss and approve the perceptions of its work plans for the year 2019 in accordance with the internal regulations governing the work of the Council.
