Army launches large-scale attack on coalition’s sites in Nihem

SANAA, Jan. 8 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Tuesday launched large-scale attacks on sites of militants loyal to the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen’s Sanaa province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The battle, which took place in Nihem district left dozens of the militants dead and wounded, the official said.

According to the official, the artillery forces targeted the militants’ sites with shells and machine-guns in the same area.

The official added that the attack included five snipping operations.
