8 Emirates militia killed in Shabwa clashes

SHABWA, Jan. 4 (YPA) – At least eight of the UAE occupation militia were killed and others injured on Friday in clashes with tribal gunmen in Shabwa province.

According to medical sources in Shabwa, the clashes between the tribal gunmen in Markha district and the elite Shabuan, UAE occupation militia,  killed eight Shabab elite, including the commander of the military campaign, and wounded others.

The clashes broke out on Friday morning due to the raid carried out by the Shaban elite in the houses of citizens in Markha, claiming the search for wanted al-Qaeda, led to clashes between them and citizens who refused to violate the sanctity of their homes.

In the armed clashes, the Apache helicopters of the UAE occupation in Shabwa targeted civilian homes and news of victims of women and children.
