Update: 2 military commanders loyal to coalition killed in Marib

MARIB, Dec. 19 (YPA) – At least two military commanders loyal to the Saudi-led coalition were killed on late Tuesday in confrontations with the Yemeni army in Yemen’s Marib province, a military official told Yemeni Press Agency.

According to the official, commander “Abdul Rahman Musleh” and commander “Rabie Abdo al-Haisami”, along with dozens of militants belonging to the so-called “ Saqr 1” battalion were killed in an offensive carried out by the army forces on their sites in Sirwah district.

Earlier in the day, the army forces launched an offensive on the sites of militants loyal to the Saudi-led coalition in Hilan Mountains, killing and injuring dozens of them, including a top military commander.
