Update: 3 Saudi-led air strikes, artillery hit Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Dec. 15 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on late Friday launched three air strikes on Yemen’s Hodeidah province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The air strikes were waged on one of the villages in the north part of Wadi Nakhlah in Hays district and Faza area, causing material damages, the official said.

According to the official, the coalition-backed militants targeted citizens’ homes in Faza area, and over 53 artillery shells hit several homes in Za’afran village in kilo 16 area in the west coast over the past hours.
