FM congratulates his Latvian counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Nov. 18 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah sent a cable of congratulations to the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Latvia on the occasion of the national day of his country.
