Industry Ministry condemns coalition’s targeting of Hodeidah port
SANAA, Nov. 12 (YPA) – Ministry of Industry and Trade condemned coalition’s targeting of Hodeidah port on Monday.
The ministry said in a statement that the targeting of the port comes within the series of crimes of genocide and the war of starvation against more than 25 million Yemenis.
The statement considered the targeting of the port as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights law and a deliberate war crime whose perpetrators are subject to international criminal and legal accountability.
The statement called on the international community and all organizations, especially the United Nations, the Security Council, the Human Rights Council, the General Assembly for Human Rights and the European Union, to take responsibility for the continuation of aggression and air strikes against economic and vital installations.
