President meets number of Sheikhs, dignitaries in Sanaa

SANAA, Sept. 30 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat , head of the Supreme Political Council, met on Saturday with Sheikh Mohammed al-Ghadir, Sheikh Saeed bin Shaja, Sheikh Shawqi al-Salahi, Sheikh Yahya Gober and Sheikh Saleh bin Naji al-Sufi.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects related to strengthening unity and cohesion of the internal front in the current situation in Yemen as a result of continued aggression and blockade.

The meeting touched on aspects of the role of sheikhs and dignitaries in dealing with citizens’ issues and working on everything that would enhance popular steadfastness.
