Information ministry condemns Saudi-led coalition airstrikes on Hodeida radio station

SANAA, Sept. 16 (YPA) – The information ministry on Sunday condemned the US-backed Saudi-led airstrikes which targeted earlier the day Hodeida Radio station in Marwa district, which led to killing an employee working in the station and three of the guards of the station.

The ministry indicated in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency that crime is a clear new flagrant violation for human and the workers in media rights in Yemen ignored by the coalition.

The statement referred to the Security Council Resolution No. 1783 that said the media headquarters as civil installations.

It called on the UN organization to hold their total responsibility toward such daily-base crimes of coalition.
