ADEN, Sept. 13 (YPA) – Dozens of people in the southern port city of Aden on Thursday staged a demonstration, demanding the overthrow of the corrupt government loyal to the exiled Hadi.
The protesters also called for the expulsion of the Saudi-led coalition forces against the backdrop of the economic crisis the country is going through and the weakening Yemeni riyal exchange rate against foreign currency, according to Yemen Press Agency reporter in the city.
The demonstrators cut off the main streets in the city, preventing the passage of trucks loaded with fuel from the oil company and the oil port, except for the amount of fuel allocated to the electricity and water of Aden.
