US is threatening Iran with quick, decisive response

SANAA, Sep. 12 (YPA) – The United States has threatened Iran on Tuesday that it would respond “quickly and decisively” if its diplomat attacked in Basra city or damaged US installations in Iraq.

“The United States will hold Tehran responsible for any attack that would result in casualties among our staff or damage to US public facilities,” US presidential spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said.

She added that America will respond firmly to protect the lives of Americans.
