Britain, US conduct maneuvers in Gulf waters
SANAA, Sep. 12 (YPA) – The United States and Britain have carried out extensive joint military training to dismantle mines in the waters of the Gulf region near the maritime border with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to the site “Russia Today” on the implementation of training on Monday, said that not only the operations of anti-mines, but also the participation of a group of helicopters for the patrols in the region and the monitoring of targets in the depth of the sea.
The helicopters are the largest among military aircraft that can carry sonar on board to detect underwater mines.
