PM inspects fruit central market in Saada

SAADA, Sept. 11 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor along with Saada Governor Mohammed Awad on Tuesday paid an inspection visit to one of the central markets for fruit export in the province.

During the visit, the prime minister was briefed on the storage process in the central refrigerators in the market, through which the local marketing and external export are organized, as well as the sorting, packaging and shipping process.

Dr. bin Habtoor emphasized the importance of these market to regulate the supply and demand and ensure the stability of agricultural crops prices for farmers.

“Saada agricultural product is of high quality and competes any fruit in the world with their distinct taste”, said the prime minister, adding that it is a strategic economic source of the country.
