Russian FM affirms Russia continue Support to Damascus in Anti-terrorism field

SANAA, Sep. 3 (YPA) – Russian foreign minister sergei lavrov reaffirmed on Monday in a speech delivered atthe Institute of International Relations in Moscow the constant support of his country to Syria in the Anti-terrorism field and in the arena of seeking political solution to the current crisis in this country.

“It’s impossible to let the situation as it is in Syrya’s today,” Lavrov said.
Referring to terrorist groups which deploy in Adlib Syrian province he said that it violate the cease-fire deal on stop fighting, adding that they prepare to attacks and drones’ airstrikes on Military Russian Base of Heimem in rural Latakia.

“We cooperate with Syria in the topic of reconstruction of the country and we continue to provide necessary help to revive the economy and infrastructure,” He said.

He indicated that US promotion to rival policy against Syria and other countries is unacceptable, saying that “Moscow is ready to start dialogue with US or any EU state on the base of the equality and the mutual respect.”

“Washington seeks to impose its policy through force and sanctions and created a lot of problems in the world,” he said.
