President discusses with PM latest developments

SANAA, Aug. 30 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, on Thursday discussed with Prime Minister, Abdul-Aziz bin Habtoor, the latest developments in the national arena in light of the escalating aggression and the crimes committed against the Yemeni people.

During the meeting, the officials also discussed the political developments, especially the consultations scheduled to be held in Geneva next September, as well as the aspects related to communication with international parties in this regard.

The meeting touched on the disastrous effects of the aggression and siege on various levels and efforts exerted by the government of national Salvation and humanitarian organizations to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people and improve the level of services provided to citizens.

The meeting also touched upon the aspects related to the plans of Salvation Government during the current stage and the coordination aspects between the different ministries and governmental bodies to improve the level of performance and overcome the current challenges.
