Army carries out attacks on militiamen’ gatherings in Bayda

BAYDA, Aug. 19 (YPA) – Yemen army carried out attacks on Sunday which targeted gatherings of Saudi-backed militiamen in Bayda province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army shelled the gatherings of militiamen by artillery in Fadh’ha area of Narea front as well as the army sniped number of the militiamen at the same front, the official said.

Furthermore, the army repelled an infiltration attempt of the militiamen in Natea front, inflicting the militiamen heavy losses in lives and equipment.
