Yemeni army’s artillery bombs Saudi sites in Asir

ASIR, Aug. 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Tuesday launched an artillery attack on positions of Saudi army and their militia in Asir region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army’s artillery bombed gatherings of Saudi soldiers behind Qulat Hassan site, the official said.

The artillery also targeted groups of Saudi-backed militiamen off Alib crossing, hitting the targets directly, he added.

Meanwhile, a Saudi solider was shot dead in a sniping operation in Raqabat Qashba in al-Rabua’h area of the same region.
