SANAA, Oct. 11 (YPA) – Sanaa forces on Sunday renewed their warning to shipping companies, experts, workers, and travelers against using Saudi airports and airspace.
“Saudi airports are potential targets and may serve as operational theaters for Yemeni forces, with the exception of the airports in Mecca and Medina,” Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Sanaa forces, said in a statement on Sunday.
He called on everyone to take the warnings seriously and held Saudi Arabia responsible for any failed interceptions.
The military spokesperson stressed that the Yemeni forces would continue enforcing the equation of “airport for airport, siege for siege, and escalation for escalation” until their objectives are achieved.
The warning comes as Sanaa forces reaffirm their position on current developments, stressing that the next phase will remain tied to the course of escalation and corresponding measures, according to the forces’ spokesperson.
They urged all concerned parties to take their warnings seriously and heed their advice regarding the use of Saudi airports and airspace.
