Senior Sanaa official details operations against Saudi-backed forces in Jawf, Yafea, Bayda

SANAA, Sept. 08 (YPA) – A senior Sanaa official has disclosed details of a major military operation targeting Saudi-backed forces on the outskirts of the Jawf desert and areas adjacent to Al-Hadd district in Yafea and Al-Zahir in Bayda, reporting widespread collapse among their ranks and numerous casualties and captures among officers and troops.

Hizam Al-Asad, a member of the Ansarallah Political Bureau, stated on social media platform “X” that the forces sustained heavy losses, including the destruction and burning of military vehicles, significant casualties, and the capture of several personnel. He described the outcome as a demonstration of steadfastness and military resolve.

Al-Asad added that official military authorities will release complete details regarding the operation at a later time, emphasizing the ongoing readiness of forces across active fronts.
