4.8 magnitude earthquake hits east of the Gulf of Aden

SANAA, Aug. 30 (YPA) – The stations of the Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring and Study Center recorded an earthquake east of the Gulf of Aden measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale.

In a statement, the center explained that the earthquake occurred at 10:36 PM, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
