73,422 Palestinians martyred in Gaza since Oct 7, 2023

GAZA, Aug. 24 (YPA) – Over 73,422 Palestinians have been martyred and 174,401 wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct 7, 2023.

The Gaza-based Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Monday in its daily statistical report that hospitals recorded 32 new injuries over the past 24 hours.

It added that since the ceasefire on October 11, 1,288 Palestinians have been martyred and 4,290 injured, while 813 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble.

The ministry said a number of victims remain trapped beneath the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense teams remain unable to reach them.
