Israeli occupation forces shell south Lebanon towns, conduct explosions in several areas

LEBANON, Aug. 10 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued strikes on several areas in southern Lebanon on Monday with artillery targeting the Ali al-Tahir heights and the towns of Al-Mansouri and Nabatieh al-Fawqa, alongside ongoing shelling of the Ali al-Tahir area.

Lebanese sources reported that Israeli occupation forces carried out a large controlled explosion in the town of Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, as well as another detonation between the towns of Markaba and Bani Hayyan.

In Al-Mansouri, Israeli artillery shelled the town concurrently with heavy machine-gun fire, while an Israeli drone dropped projectiles on the area.

According to Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA), Israeli forces carried out a two-stage explosion in Al-Mansouri in southern Lebanon.
