Over 73,183 Palestinians martyred since October 2023: Gaza Health Ministry

GAZA, Aug. 05 (YPA) – The Gaza-based Health Ministry said on Thursday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 73,183, with 174,231 people injured since October 7, 2023.

The ministry said hospitals received four bodies over the past 24 hours—two people who died from previous injuries and two recovered from the rubble—as well as one new injured person.

It added that since the ceasefire on October 11, 1,254 people have been killed, 4,121 injured, and 804 bodies recovered.

The ministry said many victims remain trapped under rubble or in inaccessible areas as rescue teams are unable to reach them.
