Zionist settlers burn agricultural lands south of Nablus

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, July 31 (YPA) – Zionist settlers burned large areas of agricultural land in the town of Burin, south of Nablus, on Friday, resulting in the burning of a number of olive trees in a new attack on citizens’ property.

Palestinian sources reported that the settlers stormed the agricultural area in Burin and deliberately set fire to it, and the fire spread to the olive trees.

The settlers prevented Palestinian Civil Defense crews from reaching the site to extinguish the fire, causing it to spread and increase the losses.

This attack comes within the context of escalating settler attacks in the West Bank, which include burning land and trees and attacking homes and vehicles, often under the protection of the occupation forces.

Since this morning, settlers, under the protection of the occupation forces, attacked several villages in Nablus, including the village of Tell, and began establishing a new settlement outpost.
