IRGC Navy targets, stops three violating oil tankers in Strait of Hormuz

TEHRAN, July 28 (YPA) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy said its forces struck and stopped three oil tankers after they violated regulations and ignored warnings.

In its Statement issued on Wednesday morning, the IRGC Navy said its forces continue to maintain “full control” over the Strait of Hormuz while showing the resolve of the Iranian nation.

The statement said that “hours ago, three violating oil tankers, which ignored our warnings and continued moving along an unsafe and illegal route, were struck and stopped.”

The IRGC Navy also warned that “the illegal interference and orders issued by the child-killing US military to vessels in the region will not go unanswered.”
