TEHRAN, July 04 (YPA) – The Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Affairs, Lieutenant-General Jalal Al-Rowaishan, issued strong messages to Saudi Arabia from Tehran, following his participation in the funeral ceremonies of Iran’s former Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
His remarks carried a final warning to the Saudi regime and the enemies of Yemen.
In a press statement released on Saturday, Major General Al-Ruwaishan reiterated Yemen’s stance on lifting the blockade and ending the aggression.
He said that Yemen cannot remain in a state of neither war nor peace, adding that resuming fighting would be easier for them than staying in the current situation.
Al-Ruwaishan further stated that if enemies think Yemen will be forced to surrender, that will not happen.
He asserted that the Yemeni people, tribal forces, and the military remain in a state of high readiness and general mobilization, following the directives of leader of the revolution Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to secure their “legitimate rights” by any means necessary.

This message highlights Sanaa’s determination to end the Saudi blockade and secure what it considers the rights of the Yemeni people, amid what it describes as Saudi delays in addressing peace-related commitments.
This came less than 24 hours after Sanaa forces issued a military statement claiming the aerial blockade on Sanaa Airport had been broken.
According to the statement, this was achieved when an Iranian civilian aircraft landed at the Sanaa airport.
The statement confirmed that the hostile aircraft were forced to withdraw after being targeted by a number of air defense missiles.
