Israeli occupation army continues ceasefire violations across Gaza on 268th day

GAZA, July 04 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued, on Saturday, their violations of the ceasefire agreement for the 268th consecutive day, day since the truce took effect in the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestinian sources, Israeli aircraft carried out an airstrike near the Ibn Marwan Cemetery, close to the Shuja’iyya junction east of Gaza City. No injuries were reported.

Israeli artillery also shelled the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City amid continuous gunfire.

In southern Gaza, Israeli forces carried out two demolition operations targeting residential homes east of Khan Younis.

The overall toll since the outbreak of the war on October 7, 2023, has reached 73,074 deaths and 173,537 injuries, according to the Gaza’s health ministry.
