Death toll of ongoing Israeli aggression on Lebanon rises to 4,298

BEIRUT, July 02 (YPA) – The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon rose to 16,494 on Thursday, including 4,298 martyrs and 12,196 wounded since the escalation began on March 2.

In its daily report, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said that the number of martyrs increased by one in the past 24 hours.

The ministry added that Israeli attacks on ambulances and medical teams resulted in 135 martyrs and 406 wounded among healthcare workers as a result of 176 attacks.

Since March 2, the occupation has escalated its targeting of Lebanese towns and cities, leading to hundreds of martyrs, thousands of wounded, and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese.
