Zionist forces continue ceasefire violations across Gaza

GAZA, June 25 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army continues its violations of the ceasefire agreement on its 259th day across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources reported that Israeli artillery targeted eastern areas of Khan Younis in southern Gaza early Thursday morning.

The same sources said Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire toward areas east and south of the city.

According to the sources, Israeli naval vessels also fired toward the coast of Khan Younis, while Israeli reconnaissance drones maintained continuous flights over southern Gaza.

Since the ceasefire (October 11), the total number of martyrs has reached 1,029, in addition to 3,294 injured and 785 recovered bodies.

Since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, the total number of martyrs has reached 73,041, with 173,402 injured.
