2 pilots killed in crash of Pakistani Air Force training plane

ISLAMABAD, June 16 (YPA) – The Pakistani Interior Ministry announced the death of two pilots in the crash of an Air Force training plane in the Mardan area of ​​Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

In a statement, the ministry said that the plane crashed during a training mission, resulting in the death of the two pilots, without specifying the causes of the accident.

For his part, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi offered his condolences to the families of the victims, expressing his sorrow over the accident.

The authorities have not yet announced preliminary findings regarding the causes of the crash, while an investigation is expected to be opened to uncover its circumstances.
