Israeli occupation forces conduct widespread raids across West Bank

WEST BANK, June 14 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread raids early on Sunday across several cities, towns, and refugee camps in different parts of the occupied West Bank, accompanied by home searches and the use of live ammunition and stun grenades.

Palestinian sources said Israeli occupation forces arrested a woman and her son during a raid on the Al-Almaniyah neighborhood in Jenin.

Occupation Forces also stormed a residential building in the same area and a house in the Al-Hadaf area near Jenin refugee camp.

In Jenin governorate, Israeli forces also raided the village of Siris, south of Jenin city, and the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron in the southern West Bank.

In Ramallah, forces stormed Al-Jalazone refugee camp north of the city, raiding a house during the operation, as well as the village of Deir Abu Mashal, northwest of Ramallah.

In Salfit governorate, Israeli forces raided the town of Al-Zawiya west of the city, while Aqabat Jaber refugee camp in Jericho was also stormed.

Further raids were reported in Qaryut village southeast of Nablus and Tayasir village east of Tubas. Live fire and stun grenades were used during a raid on Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.
