GAZA, June 14 (YPA) – A Palestinian man was killed by Israeli army fire on Sunday east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources reported that Zaki Mohammad Al-Qarra, 30, was fatally shot near the Bani Suheila roundabout east of Khan Younis.
With Al-Qarra’s murder, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 11 of last year has risen to 984, while the number of injuries remains at 3,122, according to local reports. A total of 783 bodies have also been recovered during the same period.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 72,993 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 173,230 others injured, according to local health authorities.
