QUDS, June 08 (YPA) – The Palestine Information Center (Maata) said that it had documented five attacks since the beginning of 2026 targeting Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and areas inside Israeli entity, resulting in the death of two Israelis and injuries to others.

According to the center, the first incident occurred on March 21, when Dawas Hassoun from Beit Amrin, north of Nablus, carried out a vehicle-ramming attack that killed a settler.

On April 29, Abdul Halim Hammad from Silwad, east of Ramallah, carried out a stabbing attack that injured two Israeli soldiers.

The center added that on May 11, Ayman al-Hashlamon from Qalandia camp, north of Jerusalem, was involved in an armed confrontation.

It further reported that on May 31, Amjad al-Natsheh carried out a ramming attack near the Gush Etzion settlement south of Bethlehem, injuring four settlers.

On June 7, Omar Yassin from inside Israel carried out another ramming attack near Kochav Yair, which resulted in one death and injuries to six others.

The Maata center said these incidents reflected continued escalation in the West Bank and inside Israeli entity, noting the variety of methods used despite heightened security measures imposed by Israeli occupation’s authorities.
