Palestinian Prisoners Club: Israeli occupation turns abduction of “Freedom Flotilla” activists into int’l policy of intimidation

OCCUPIED QUDS, May 21 (YPA) – The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club has accused the Israeli occupation authorities of turning the abduction of international activists participating in the Freedom and Global Sumud Flotillas into a systematic policy aimed at silencing pro-Palestinian voices and terrorizing those standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

In a statement, the Club explained that the occupation continues to pursue, detain, and forcibly transfer international activists to the Port of Ashdod. It emphasized that the scenes of abuse and humiliation experienced by the detainees, with the participation of Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, reflect what Palestinian prisoners endure on a daily basis.

The statement added that these violations are an extension of a long-standing policy practiced by “Israel” against hundreds of international activists who have attempted to break the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip, stressing that Israeli occupation prisons have been transformed into one of the most prominent arenas of systematic genocide against Palestinians.
