Hamas: Mediators failed to curb Israeli crimes in Gaza

GAZA, April 25 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), condemned “massacres” carried out by Israeli occupation forces on Friday, which left more than ten people killed across the Gaza Strip, considering them as a clear failure of the role of the mediators, guarantor states, and the international community to curb the brutal Zionist killing machine.

“The escalation by the government of war criminal Netanyahu of the bombing and killing in Gaza represents a clear failure of the role of the mediators, guarantor states, and the international community to curb the brutal Zionist killing machine, and an unjustifiable inaction in fulfilling their responsibilities towards halting the ongoing crimes against our people,” Hamas said in a statement.

It added, “these massacres constitute a bloody Zionist escalation and fully-fledged war crimes that reflect an unprecedented bloody and fascist approach, which the occupation continues to commit in full view of the world, with no regard for the consequences of its crimes against humanity.”

The Movement renewed its demand to the international community and all concerned states and parties to take immediate action to protect our people from the daily series of killings at the hands of the occupation army, and to pressure the occupation government to implement its commitments under the ceasefire agreement and respect the rules of international humanitarian law.

Hamas also called upon the free peoples worldwide to take action and exert popular pressure on the criminal Zionist entity and its backers, and to intensify boycott campaigns in all their forms, so as to contribute to halting violations and crimes against our Palestinian people.
