BEIRUT, April 24 (YPA) – Two civilians were injured in Israeli occupation’s airstrikes targeting the town of Yater in southern Lebanon, according to local media reports.
The National News Agency said the wounded were transferred to hospitals in Tyre following the overnight bombardment.
The occupation’s warplanes also carried out raids on Friday on the outskirts of Majdal Zoun and struck the Al-Rayhan heights, while additional attacks targeted a house in Touline in Marjayoun district, followed by artillery shelling of the area and an airstrike on Khirbet Salm.
Further strikes were reported in the morning, including the bombing of houses in Bint Jbeil and the town of Hanin.
The escalation came amid ongoing hostilities, with continued exchanges of fire following reported violations of the ceasefire deal.
