Iran: Over 3,370 civilians killed in US-Israeli aggression

TEHRAN, April 20 (YPA) – The head of the Legal Medicine Organization of Iran has announced on Monday that 3,375 civilians have been killed, including 496 women, 383 children under 18, and 223 elderly people, as a result of US-Israeli aggression against the country.

In a statement, Masjedi added that that about 40 percent of the bodies were initially unidentifiable due to the types of bombs and missiles used by the enemies.
