BEIRUT, April 10 (YPA) – The secretary-general of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Naim Qassem, confirmed on Friday the failure of Israeli enemy on the ground to confront the resistance, stressing that it will continue to fight until achieving its goals.
In a letter to the Lebanese, he called on officials to stop “free concessions”, stressing the refusal to return to the previous situation.
He pointed out that the Israeli attacks have not succeeded in stopping the resistance operations or preventing its missiles from reaching deep into the occupied territories.
He explained that Israeli occupation resorted to targeting civilians in several areas, in an attempt to compensate for its military deficit, considering that the steadfastness and cohesion of the Lebanese people enhance the chances of achieving victory.
Qassem stressed that over more than forty days of its aggression against Lebanon, Israel has failed to stop the firing of rockets, missiles and drones, which targeted its settlements from nearby areas all the way to Haifa and beyond.
He said that for forty days Israeli enemy has continued to sustain losses and compound its setbacks amid disarray in its plans, while anxiety has intensified within its settlements, noting that its officials’ repeated threats remain loud but largely ineffective.
