OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, April. 08 (YPA) – The Israeli newspaper Maariv revealed that more than 5,000 buildings in Israel have been destroyed or damaged as a result of the war with Iran since February 28.
The newspaper said that dozens of Israeli civilians and soldiers have been killed during this campaign, while hundreds have been wounded.
It stated that the Israeli economy has paid a heavy price as a result of the near-total shutdown.
For its part, Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Iran has launched 670 missiles and 765 drones toward Israel since the start of the war, leading to the evacuation of 6,305 Israelis from their homes in various areas, in addition to more than 7,183 Israelis were injured during the war.
It should be noted that US President Donald Trump announced a two-week halt to strikes on Iran, contingent upon the complete and immediate reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and a bilateral ceasefire.
