GAZA, April 05 (YPA) –At least four Palestinians were killed early Sunday after Israeli warplanes targeted a gathering of civilians east of Gaza City, amid continued violations of a ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025, Palestinian sources said.
According to local reports, the strike targeted a group of civilians in Al-Shawa square in the Al-Daraj neighborhood of the Gaza Strip.
The victims were identified as Ahmad Abu Shawish, Mohammad Al-Suweirki, Ramzi Al-Shawwa, and Mustafa Al-Sakani.
On Saturday, the Gaza Ministry of Health said the death toll from the conflict since October 7, 2023, had risen to 72,291, with 172,068 others wounded.
The ministry added that since the ceasefire came into effect on October 11, at least 715 people have been killed and 1,968 injured, in addition to the recovery of 756 bodies.
