BETHLEHEM, April 05 (YPA) – A Palestinian man was injured on Sunday after being severely beaten by Israeli settlers at the entrance to the village of Marah Rabah, south of Bethlehem.
Palestinian sources reported that a group of Zionist settlers attacked the home of Mohammad Hisham Shalalda and assaulted him, causing a fracture in his leg and multiple bruises across his body. He was transferred to Beit Jala Governmental Hospital for medical treatment.
The attack comes amid a noticeable escalation in violence by Israeli settlers across the occupied West Bank, where Palestinian communities have faced increasing assaults on homes, farmland, and property. Such attacks are often carried out under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, contributing to a climate of fear and instability in the affected areas.
