Hezbollah launches multiple strikes against Israeli positions
BEIRUT, April 02 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Hezbollah, said it conducted multiple operations on Wednesday early Thursday, firing rockets and artillery at Israeli military positions and troop gatherings along the border.
In a series of statements released on April 02, 2026, the group detailed four consecutive strikes carried out in defense of Lebanese territory and its people, amidst the ongoing Israeli aggression against the country.
The operations unfolded in the early hours of Thursday as follows:
At 23:50 on Wednesday, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of the “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles in the town of Rashaf with a rocket barrage.
At 23:55 on Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of the “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles in Janjeel heights in the town of Al-Qantara with artillery shells.
At 20:30 on Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles at Tallet Friez in the town of Ainata with a rocket barrage.
At 20:00 on Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of soldiers and vehicles of the “Israeli” enemy army at the Ghadmatha heights in the town of Ainata with a rocket barrage.
At 23:30 on Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles in the “Al-Malikiyah” settlement, with a rocket barrage.
At 00:35 on Thursday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles in the Al-Sidr area in the town of Ainata with a rocket barrage.
At 00:05 on Thursday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles in the “Al-Malikiyah” settlement with a rocket barrage.
At 01:30 on Thursday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers and vehicles in the “Metulla” settlement with a rocket barrage.
At 02:00 on Thursday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted infrastructure belonging to the “Israeli” enemy army in the “Kiryat Ata” area east of the occupied city of Haifa with a rocket barrage .
At 06:00 on Thursday, within the framework of the warning issued by the Islamic Resistance to a number of settlements in occupied northern Palestine, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the “Even Menachem” settlement with a swarm of attack drones .
At 06:10 on Thursday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers in the “Yir’on” settlement with a rocket barrage .
