Death toll from Israeli genocide in Gaza rises to 72,280, with 172,014 wounded

GAZA, March 30 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the death toll from the Israeli genocide has risen to 72,280 martyrs and 172,014 wounded since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded resulting from the Israeli aggression on the Strip, the Gaza Health Ministry stated that hospitals received two martyrs who succumbed to their wounds and one wounded person in the past 24 hours.

It revealed that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of martyrs killed by Israeli enemy fire has reached 704, the total number of wounded is 1,914, and the total number of martyrs whose bodies have been recovered is 756.

The ministry noted that a large number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them.
